Crystal View Capital recently purchased our family-owned mobile home park in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Pine Vista was started in 1970 by my father. My wife and I started managing the park in 1981 and purchased it in 1988.After 40 years, we decided that it was time for retirement. Crystal View Capital was the firm that stood out after being inundated by offers from other firms. Our first in-person meeting with Matt Ricciardella confirmed our confidence in this team, and it reassured us our park would be left in great hands.
