CRYSTAL VIEW CARES

Giving that gets built.

Crystal View Cares is how the people of Crystal View Capital give back: the foundation we support, the causes our team shows up for, and the campaigns we run each year. Some of it is far away, two homes for fifty kids in India. Some of it is down the street in Las Vegas. All of it is work we are proud to put our name on.

HOW WE GIVE BACK

Beyond the property line.

The work inside our communities is the job. The work beyond them is the choice. Crystal View Capital holds its charitable partners to the same standard as its operating ones: proven, on the ground, and able to run a system at scale.

THE GOD FORGIVES FOUNDATION

Two homes. Fifty young people. One commitment.

In Yapral, India, twenty-five young men live in a home that did not exist in 2021. In Regada, twenty-five young women live in its 2024 counterpart. Both are called Crystal View Homes, because Crystal View Capital funded their construction through the God Forgives Foundation, an independent private foundation that has been building orphanages and operating a school for children in India and Honduras since 2015.

The Foundation works on the ground through two long-standing partners, Angel House in India and Sandy Bay Lighthouse in Honduras. Crystal View Capital is a supporter, not an operating entity: we fund the building, they run the home. We back people who have already proven they can do the work, and we stay out of their way.

Campaigns & Causes

Chosen by the people who work here.

Crystal View Capital calls Las Vegas home, and the campaigns the team runs itself stay close to it. The Foundation’s work reaches the other side of the world; what happens here happens in person, with team members packing the kits, filling the backpacks, and delivering the meals themselves. Each year the firm takes on a small number of causes, few enough to do properly, and each one is on this page because someone at the firm brought it in and everyone else got behind them. Over time, a few have become traditions the team plans its calendar around.

Project
Marilyn

Access to period supplies is a basic health need, and one that often goes unmet. According to Project Marilyn, two in five people cannot afford period products in a given year. The Crystal View team partnered with Project Marilyn, a Las Vegas nonprofit working to ensure everyone has a healthy and dignified period, to host a supply packing event, assembling and distributing over 500 kits to people who needed them. School Supply Drive

A new school year is expensive before it even starts. The National Retail Federation puts average back-to-school spending at more than $860 per family, which leaves plenty of households choosing what their kids go without. Each year, the Crystal View team closes a small part of that gap, collecting backpacks, notebooks, and classroom basics and delivering them to local Las Vegas schools before the first day. The schools decide where everything goes, because teachers know better than anyone which students need it.

003

Thanksgiving Donation Drive

No family should have to choose between a holiday meal and other necessities. Each Thanksgiving, the Crystal View team puts together full holiday meals for households across the Las Vegas Valley. Team members make the deliveries themselves, door to door, which is the part of the tradition nobody at the firm wants to outsource. The holidays are better when neighbors look out for each other.
