Thanks to disciplined expense management and strong collections, this asset continues to perform consistently. In fact, our on-site team achieves “zero hero” status nearly every month, meaning no delinquent residents, and remains committed to delivering best-in-class customer service.

A planned 4% lot rent increase in 2025, projected to generate $360,000 in additional annual revenue
