Each quarter, our team conducts a detailed cash flow reconciliation, evaluating the performance of every property in the portfolio. In Q4 2024, Fund IV achieved 108% coverage, resulting in a 9.2% cash-on-cash return—a significant improvement compared to 68% coverage during the same period last year.

This reflects the effectiveness of our team’s disciplined approach to asset management and operational efficiency. Several properties significantly contributed to this milestone, and we look forward to sharing highlights in the coming weeks that provide a closer look at their performance.
